Key Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest fruits.
- Sort, pack, and prepare produce for shipment.
- Safely operate farm tools and equipment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
- Perform general farm duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Language: Basic English proficiency.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: None—training provided!
- Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and work in various weather conditions.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Work Environment
- Location: On-site work at Galey Farms in Victoria, BC.
- Hours: Flexible, including weekends and early mornings (40–60 hours per week).
- Seasonal Position: Starting March 15, 2025.
